Job Summary: This Civil Engineering Analyst will oversee site activities, supervise construction services, control execution progress, and maintain daily construction logs for high-end projects. Material monitoring and cost control **CIVIL ENGINEERING ANALYST** **Job Description:** Daily supervision of construction site activities. Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance. Control execution of structural, electrical, and hydraulic phases according to design documents and schedules. Complete and maintain up-to-date daily construction logs and technical reports. Support the planning department with physical progress updates. Participate in procurement and contracting processes jointly with the technical department. Monitor material and equipment usage to ensure efficiency and cost control. Identify and resolve non-conformities and deviations from planned execution. Maintain ongoing communication with procurement, planning, and technical management departments. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration). Proven experience in construction projects (preferably medium- or high-end). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (structural, electrical, and hydraulic). Proficiency in spreadsheets and construction control reports. Skills in software and tools \- Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, construction ERP systems, Power BI (a plus for indicator tracking and analysis). Prior experience in cost control, quantity surveying, and physical\-financial progress monitoring is desirable. Must reside in Balneário Camboriú or nearby areas. Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle), due to the construction site location in Camboriú. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, business hours.
