Job Summary: Assists in the preparation and handling of breads, pastries, and doughs, ensuring product organization and presentation, and provides customer service and sales at the bakery. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, pastries, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Support the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and applying correct pricing according to predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and customer relationship building; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing displays per FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities according to schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks and removing damaged, expired, or unlabelled products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and stocktaking activities; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by adhering to daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
