Collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and transportation departments We are hiring: Cargo Scheduler Job Description The **Cargo Scheduler** will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling cargo loading to ensure optimal fleet utilization, on-time delivery, and logistical cost optimization. Will collaborate with dispatch, logistics, and transportation departments to ensure operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Schedule and allocate loads according to vehicle and driver availability; * Monitor and track pickup and delivery operations; * Analyze route planning, optimize itineraries, and ensure optimal fleet utilization; * Maintain direct contact with customers, drivers, and operational staff; * Enter data into the system and generate tracking reports; * Support the logistics team in operational situations and unforeseen events; * Issue Manifest / MDF-e.
