Will provide technical support to various departments and promote continuous improvement. **Description:** ---------------- **Work Location:** Navegantes - Santa Catarina **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:20. The professional will be responsible for implementing production lines for automotive electrical harnesses, ensuring compliance with the geometry defined by the customer and the integrity of electrical signals. Will engage in planning and implementing new production processes, defining standard times, line balancing, and assembly layout. Will conduct technical monitoring during pilot phases and manage product and process modifications, ensuring achievement of *forecasts* and cost targets. Will provide technical support to Production, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Maintenance departments, promoting integration between engineering and the shop floor. Will participate in defining and updating project progress controls, lead implementations in the production environment, and ensure preparation and readiness of production lines for launch. Will contribute to the technical development of the engineering team and to continuous improvement of processes, adhering to internal, operational, and safety standards. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technologist (CST) degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience as an Industrial Process Technician or Analyst; * Advanced knowledge of automotive electrical harnesses; * Knowledge of technical process documentation; * Intermediate English proficiency; **Desirable:** * Experience in start-ups of new manufacturing lines; * Advanced English proficiency; * Familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing tools.
