This position's mission is to work in accordance with work instructions, quality standards, and civil construction repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction with final product delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform the activities/service orders established within your scope of work; * Organize and prepare the worksite; * Inform the company regarding the need to purchase materials required for service execution; * Ensure that problem resolution timeframes are met as agreed with the customer/project; * Perform masonry, concrete, and other material services and repairs, including cladding and screeds; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Perform tasks according to the checklist for your activity; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Ensure no recurrence of issues in completed work; * Assist with waterproofing activities, barbecue grill assembly, and window installation; * Install safety netting, move, position, and secure guardrails. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Experience in the role; * Knowledge of ceramic and porcelain tile installation; * Ability to handle plumb lines, squares, and rulers; * Knowledge of screed leveling and masonry execution; * Mortar-related work and finishing; * NR18 and NR35\.
