This role is critical to the company's smooth operation — candidates must appreciate routine, pay close attention to detail, and take initiative. \- Main Responsibilities Order invoicing Payment verification Goods picking and verification Expedition organization Carrier coordination Shipping label and document issuance Order status updates in the system Delivery tracking Support in resolving post-sales issues Customer contact for post-purchase matters (deadlines, shipping, adjustments, and general support) \-Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Agility and accountability Proficiency with computers and systems Commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to follow established procedures Effective communication with customers (via WhatsApp and phone) \-Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce Experience in billing or logistics Basic knowledge of invoice issuance Salary: R$2\.400,00 \- R$2\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Grocery allowance Work location: On-site
