The Construction Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing construction teams, assigning and monitoring planned tasks while adhering to established quality standards and timelines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Meet production schedules; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; * Engage teams and ensure their activities meet expected quality standards; * Resolve technical questions from the operational team; * Identify techniques to solve problems; * Guide and lead the work team; * Perform plumb, square, and level checks; * Execute work in accordance with project plans; * Organize site logistics; * Manage equipment under their responsibility; * Manage safety of items under their responsibility; * Supervise activity execution to ensure compliance with project plans and IS documents at required quality standards; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Ensure service completion; * Support leadership in auxiliary activities and related areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience managing vertical construction projects; * NR 35 and NR 18 certifications; * Basic knowledge of carpentry and rebar assembly; * Ability to use plumb bobs, squares, and rulers; * Team leadership experience; * Structural masonry / conventional structural systems; * Finishing works.
