Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Technician for home-based care, focused on humanized care and qualified patient assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Humanized care and quality patient service 2. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team We are looking for a **Nursing Technician** to provide home-based care, emphasizing humanized care and quality patient service. **Compensation:** R$ 200.00 per day **Work Schedule:** 12-hour shifts with 36-hour rest periods **Main Responsibilities (Job Description):** * Provide home-based nursing care to patients according to medical and nursing prescriptions; * Administer medications; * Monitor vital signs and the patient’s general condition; * Assist with patient hygiene, comfort, and mobility; * Perform wound dressings and other procedures as per technical guidelines; * Document progress notes and any incidents in the patient’s medical record; * Maintain communication with the multidisciplinary team and the patient’s family; * Ensure proper organization and maintenance of materials and equipment used during care. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Nursing course; * Active registration with COREN; * Experience in home-based care is preferred; * Availability to work the 12x36 schedule; * Responsibility, empathy, and commitment.
