Job Summary: The Bertoldi Group is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Penha/SC, responsible for supporting partner relationships, presenting developments, and assisting the Commercial Coordinator. We are seeking a **Commercial Assistant** to join our team in an in-person role in Penha/SC under a CLT employment contract. As a Commercial Assistant, your responsibilities will include: * Registering and accrediting real estate agencies and partner brokers via our internal system, ensuring accurate entry and updating of information. * Supporting relationships with accredited real estate agencies by providing initial guidance on processes, workflows, and required documentation. * Leading presentations of the immersive room videos, welcoming clients and visitors, and delivering institutional presentations of developments. * Conducting preliminary client screening to identify profile, interests, and needs according to commercial department guidelines. * Directing pre-qualified clients to the commercial team or responsible brokers, ensuring smooth service delivery. * Providing support to the Commercial Coordinator in sales process-related activities, including information organization, operational assistance, data control, and tracking commercial requests. * Assisting in controlling and updating leads, proposals, reservations, and customer interactions in systems, spreadsheets, or CRM. * Supporting the organization of service workflows, visit schedules, commercial materials, and administrative routines within the department. * Performing administrative support tasks for the commercial department, contributing to process organization and adherence to internal procedures.
