We are looking for a dynamic **Commercial Assistant** to join our team and drive our results! In this role, you will be essential in providing strategic sales support, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow from first contact to deal closure. Your main responsibilities: * **Lead Management:** Qualify inbound contacts and identify business opportunities. * **Sales Team Support:** Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and conduct customer follow-up (follow\-up). * **CRM Organization:** Maintain an updated sales pipeline, ensuring no data is lost during the process. * **Customer Service:** Address initial technical questions and perform post-sales activities to ensure satisfaction. * **Reporting:** Assist in extracting performance metrics for weekly meetings. What we seek in you: * **Prior experience** in sales, customer service, or administrative support. * **Impeccable communication skills:** Ability to express yourself clearly both in writing and verbally. * **Proficiency with tools:** Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and hands-on experience with at least one CRM software (e.g., RD Station, Salesforce, Pipedrive). * **Resilient profile:** Ability to handle objections and proactively solve problems. * **Bonus:** Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or Marketing.
