**Job opening for Itajaí / SC** WE HIRE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD) **Main responsibilities:** * Develop and enhance mold engineering processes, ensuring technical efficiency and quality; * Drive project evolution with a focus on constructive excellence and product performance; * Reduce rework, waste, and delays through process standardization and control; * Establish workflows, checkpoints, and technical criteria to improve project predictability; * Provide technical supplier management for mold suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and technical compliance; * Develop and implement new technologies and constructive solutions for the area; * Create and maintain engineering standards, technical documentation, and best practices; * Analyze failures and drive continuous improvements in products and processes; * Optimize resources, time, and costs to increase operational efficiency of mold engineering. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemical Engineering or Materials Engineering. * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production, Materials, or related fields); * Solid experience in mold development, production processes, or product engineering; * Experience managing technical suppliers; * Knowledge of materials, laminates, and/or manufacturing processes; * Analytical capability and systemic process vision; Please send your resume to ***recrutamento@fibrafort.com.br*** Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Process improvement in industry (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
