Experience in Operational Routines and Organization **ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Foreign Trade Company located in the center of Balneário Camboriú". **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Initiating Processes / Insurance; Daily Tracking (ETA) and sending TFA’s and cargo arrival notifications; Tracking Supernova Freight Forwarding; MAPA System Inquiry; CE Registration Inquiry / CE Registration Verification; Completing Operational Reports and submitting them to the Customs Broker; Client Registration (Power of Attorney, Port Registration, RADAR Registration); Port Release / Instructions to the Carrier; Organizing and sending original documents to clients; **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in Customs Clearance Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced Excel Prior experience in this role and in the described responsibilities. Customer service experience and assertive communication skills. Operational routines and organizational skills English – primarily written proficiency **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related fields. **COMPENSATION:** Fixed salary + bonus / commission **BENEFITS:** Health insurance plan and meal allowance of BRL 35.00 per day **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–18:00 **WORK LOCATION:** Balneário Camboriú – SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)
