We are looking for a **Motor Winder** to operate semi-automatic machines for motor winding. The ideal candidate must be focused, responsible, and skilled in handling high-value-added raw materials—such as copper and aluminum—with utmost care and precision.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education.
* Prior experience as a motor winder or operating semi-automatic machines **(preferred but not mandatory).**
* High level of concentration and attention to detail.
* Responsibility in handling materials such as copper and aluminum.
* Ability to follow technical procedures and safety regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Operation of semi-automatic machines for motor winding.
* Precise and careful handling of high-value-added materials, such as copper and aluminum.
* Machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
* Ensuring the quality and standard of the final product.

* Salary: R$2.100,00

**Work schedule: Monday to Friday, in 1st and 2nd shifts (availability for both shifts required).**
1st Shift: 04:00 – 13:39, with 1-hour break
2nd Shift: 13:39 – 23:16, with 1-hour break
Job Type: Temporary
Compensation: R$2.100,00 per month
