MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for managing land development construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality standards, and technical specifications; - Review architectural, structural, and complementary engineering drawings to identify conflicts and optimize resource utilization, using modeling software and holding project team meetings to discuss potential modifications; - Identify and list materials required for construction, plan appropriate procurement and storage of inputs, and jointly review all acquisition needs with the technical team; - Verify terrain levels and foundations using instruments such as hose levels, tape measures, and theodolites, ensuring technical compliance; - Define work phases and organize the logical sequence of construction activities, while managing the schedule using project management tools; - Determine the number of workers and machines required, ensuring sufficient resources for uninterrupted progress, evaluating workload and production capacity of each piece of equipment and worker; - Monitor deliveries of purchased materials to ensure adherence to pre-established deadlines, preventing subsequent process stages from being delayed due to material shortages; - Conduct regular team meetings to ensure all members are aware of tasks and deadlines, establishing a clear agenda and documenting discussions and decisions; - Perform other duties related to the position. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
