We want to meet you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Key Responsibilities:** Supervise the implementation of corporate Training strategies, providing technical guidance to the team, distributing responsibilities, and ensuring alignment with departmental directives to guarantee correct dissemination of training programs and learning methodologies. Plan, organize, and monitor the annual training calendar, as well as manage the corporate education platform—verifying registrations, generating reports, structuring schedules, content, resources, and instructors—to ensure compliance with mandatory trainings, delivery of initiatives according to unit priorities and needs, and adherence to legal requirements and audits. Monitor learning indicators and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), tracking class formation, user access, and operational data; analyzing results, monitoring goals, and identifying deviations to support adjustments and elevate the maturity of internal organizational training practices, ensuring control and traceability of training activities. Monitor and validate application of standardized departmental processes, developing and reviewing documents, procedures, and methodologies used by the team to ensure consistency, standardization, and compliance in deliverables. Lead alignment meetings with leaders and partner departments, presenting results, discussing needs, and negotiating solutions to strengthen business partnerships and increase the effectiveness of Training projects. Monitor the performance of internal trainers and external providers, evaluating quality, reviewing materials, and directing improvements to ensure technical coherence and high standards in learning experiences. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in Training processes, identifying opportunities, proposing methodological adjustments, and revising workflows to optimize delivery efficiency and enhance employee learning experience. Ensure updating and organization of Training records and systems, guiding the team on registrations, controls, and reporting to guarantee traceability and support managerial decision-making.
