After confirmation, salary increases to: BRL 2,732.00 \+ health insurance \+ dental insurance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 07:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday until 4:30 PM (with a 1-hour break). **Responsibilities:** Assist in foundry operations, including preparing and assembling sand or permanent molds, machine setup, temperature control, material pouring, and part demolding. Support sand and core preparation, release agent application, process material verification, visual quality assessment of parts, workplace cleaning and organization, waste segregation for reuse, and recording operations in the Production Order system.
