Firewall management, including access rules, VPN, and edge security An English language school is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst in Balneário Camboriú (Downtown). KNN Idiomas is a language school offering English, Spanish, and other language courses. With an innovative methodology, it aims to deliver an effective and dynamic learning experience. **Responsibilities:** Manage and monitor high-performance servers (Windows Server) and storage configurations (RAID/NAS). Perform full administration of users, groups, and permissions via Active Directory (AD). Standardize domain-joined machines and deploy sector-specific software. Manage firewall, including access rules, VPN, and edge security. Administer cloud-based PABX (VOIP) for approximately 100 extensions. Configure and provide support for network assets (switches, routers, and corporate Wi\-Fi). Centralize administration of SaaS licenses (Adobe Suite, management tools, image libraries, and industry-specific software). Serve as the technical liaison with HR, finance, and ERP application vendors. Manage users and files within Google Workspace. Perform preventive and corrective desktop maintenance, including assembly and formatting. Manage and monitor peripherals and the printer fleet. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Infrastructure Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
