Strategic business development and market analysis The real estate agency seeks a General Manager professional in Itajaí (Center). Passe is a platform offering urban mobility solutions. Its focus is facilitating user access to public and private transportation. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for end-to-end management of real estate operations, covering Commercial (Sales and Leasing) and Administrative sectors, ensuring operational organization, sustainable growth, and standardization of company processes. Will lead teams, monitor performance metrics, structure administrative routines, and drive strategic business development. Commercial Management: Oversight of sales and leasing departments. Tracking of targets, KPIs, and commercial performance. Development of strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and conversion. Supervision of real estate agents and commercial teams. Market analysis and strategic positioning of the agency. Development of new business opportunities and partnerships. Administrative Management: Coordination of administrative and operational routines. Basic financial oversight (KPIs, costs, and results). Internal process control and operational standardization. Contract management, documentation, and real estate compliance. Integration across commercial, financial, and administrative departments. Direct support to executive leadership in strategic decision-making. People Management: Leadership and team development. Setting individual and collective goals. Performance evaluation and internal process organization. Building a results-oriented organizational culture. Previous experience as General Director, Executive Manager, Operations Manager, or Unit Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
