Description
EmiteAí is a fast-growing SaaS company operating at the intersection of technology, logistics, tax compliance, and banking. We are building the next generation of our platform and organization — serving increasingly demanding customers, handling high volumes of mission-critical operations, and supported by a team passionate about solving real-world problems.
We are seeking a Head of Products to lead the strategic structuring and evolution of the Product function, bridging long-term vision with day-to-day execution. The person will be responsible for professionalizing processes, tools, and metrics; strengthening the maturity of the Product function; and accelerating platform growth — supporting the company’s expansion and its ability to serve increasingly complex operations. This is a role for someone with proven experience building and consolidating Product functions within high-growth companies.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Design and lead EmiteAí’s product portfolio strategic plan with 1-, 3-, and 5-year horizons, fully aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
* Define vision, positioning, and competitive differentiation for each product in the portfolio.
* Ensure the roadmap translates business objectives into tangible deliverables, with clear prioritization and explicit trade-offs.
* Continuously balance long-term strategy with the ability to anticipate roadmap adjustments in response to commercial opportunities and strategic customer demands.
* Lead the evolution of product management practices at EmiteAí, implementing frameworks, rituals, processes, and tools appropriate to our stage of growth.
* Define and track product metrics (discovery, delivery, adoption, retention, quality, efficiency) and foster a data-driven culture.
* Enhance the entire upstream flow — from opportunity identification through handoff to engineering — including product discovery, validation, specification, and prioritization.
* Professionalize communication between the Product function and internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Leadership) as well as external customers.
* Lead, develop, and scale the Product team, building a senior, autonomous, and high-performing group.
* Establish management rituals, individual development plans, and a culture of continuous feedback.
* Serve as a technical and career reference for Product Managers, Product Designers, and other Product roles.
* Build a strong partnership with Engineering, ensuring predictability, quality, and speed in deliveries.
* Closely monitor daily operations, identifying bottlenecks and acting swiftly to unblock them.
* Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, adoption, and impact.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* **Proven seniority in Product:** track record in leadership roles (Head, Director, Group PM Lead or equivalent) within Product functions.
* **Experience building Product functions:** experience working at companies undergoing product management professionalization, having personally led the advancement of that maturity — implementing modern practices in discovery, delivery, metrics, and governance.
* **Turnaround / transformation experience:** hands-on experience leading a Product function from an earlier state to a new level of maturity, with measurable outcomes.
* **SaaS B2B experience:** solid background in software-as-a-service companies, especially those where the roadmap must balance long-term vision with flexibility to incorporate strategic demands from key customers.
* **Hands-on leadership:** profile combining strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
* **Energy and resilience:** high capacity to operate amid ambiguity, intense pace, and market dynamism — maintaining clarity and direction even in complex contexts.
* **Willingness to travel:** frequent presence required in Blumenau (SC) and São Paulo (SP), averaging approximately one week per month across both locations.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* **Logistics and transportation:** prior experience in logistics-focused companies or products, particularly road freight transport.
* **Tax domain expertise:** knowledge of electronic fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, etc.) or experience at companies managing high volumes of fiscal documentation.
* **Startup experience:** experience in lean, highly autonomous, dynamic, and unpredictable scale-up environments.
* **Technical background:** technical education or experience enabling deep collaboration with Engineering and architecture-informed decision-making.
