Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection for operational, administrative, and strategic positions; Headcount management, turnover, internal movements, and other HR metrics; Support and implementation of the job classification, compensation, and career structure plan; Management of onboarding processes and monitoring of the probationary period; Planning and delivery of technical, behavioral, and mandatory training programs; Implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and performance evaluation follow-up; Organizational climate analysis, survey administration, and action plan development; Development and execution of action plans focused on climate, engagement, and internal communication; Daily rounds in operational areas, focusing on answering questions and reinforcing HR policies; Monitoring of employees on leave, conflict resolution, and employee support; Support during audits; Support and management of offboarding processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; Previous experience in recruitment and selection, training and development, and people management; Knowledge of HR data analysis and metrics.
