Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring garment quality through inspection, finishing, and preparation for delivery, guaranteeing excellence and process organization. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting production and meeting deadlines Ensure garments meet company quality standards by inspecting, ironing, finalizing, and preparing products for delivery, guaranteeing excellence, timeliness, and productive process organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct meticulous garment inspection, identifying stains, holes, crooked seams, excess threads, and other non-conformities. * Perform finishing tasks such as ironing, elastic application, drawstring insertion, button attachment, grommet installation, and other trims. * Label, package, and prepare garments for shipment. * Generate non-conformance reports and support production analysis. * Assist seamstresses and other departments as requested. * Receive and handle incoming goods, organizing them per internal procedures. * Maintain workplace organization and ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of used machines and equipment. * Meet established deadlines, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Contribute to a safe, organized, and cooperative team-oriented work environment. **Technical Requirements:** * Prior experience in garment inspection, finishing, or similar roles within the textile industry. * Basic knowledge of operating finishing machinery and sewing tools. * Ability to identify visual and technical defects in garments. * Proficiency in ironing and trim application. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM **Salary:** R$2\.100,00 **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Birthday day off; Attendance bonus.
