




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving and dispatching mailbags and goods, controlling documents, verifying cargo for loading, and assisting customers. Assisting customers with cargo tracking Description: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role is a plus; * Availability to work during the afternoon shift; * Receive mailbags from Branches, Units, and Cargo Transfer Centers (CTCs) containing documents destined for company departments, as well as bills of lading, invoices, and cargo manifests for goods to be loaded; * Maintain RCO control (numbers of cages received and dispatched / numbers of CT-e dispatched / seal numbers); * Verify the quantity of goods on the platform versus the quantity listed on the CT-e, supporting, if necessary, in locating cargo to authorize loading; * Confirm whether received documentation (bills of lading and invoices) appears in the cargo manifest; * Sort and verify bills of lading and invoices by destination unit, then forward them to platform verification; * Issue and deliver mailbags and cargo manifests to drivers, sealing the vehicle before departure; * Assist customers with cargo tracking; * Administer breathalyzer tests to drivers daily, in locations where no responsible person is assigned for this process in SESMT, Security, or Traffic departments; Other related duties. 251127020240675886
