Perform support and maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. Install and maintain wired and Wi-Fi networks. Configure and support Windows Server with Active Directory. Provide basic support in Linux environments. Install and configure security software and tools. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Perform backup routines. Diagnose failures and implement preventive and corrective solutions. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Specialist, Maintenance Technician, or IT Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
