The **Digital Content Designer** will be responsible for developing strategic materials for digital marketing and social media, with a focus on creatives that drive engagement and conversion. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Multimedia Creation:** Production of videos and static creatives for social media, exploring and adapting content for different formats. * **Innovation and Trends:** Monitoring market practices and innovations in marketing and the industry segment, ensuring communication remains up-to-date, efficient, and attractive. * **Strategic Alignment:** Adherence to the creative team’s editorial calendar, ensuring synergy among the communicated message, the company's identity, and the target audience. **Requirements and Qualifications (Hard Skills):** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Motion Design (completed or currently enrolled from the 3rd year onward). * **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the **Adobe Creative Suite**, with emphasis on **Premiere and After Effects**. * **Video Editing:** Practical experience in video editing and post-production. * **AI:** Knowledge of or enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence applied to creative work. * **Bonus Skill:** Proficiency in **Blender 3D** will be considered a valuable bonus. **Desired Profile (Soft Skills):** * Creativity, dynamism, and proactivity. * Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills. * Resilience and a drive to exceed performance goals. * Analytical mindset and continuous learning. * Discipline to follow continuous improvement processes.
