Job Summary: The Construction Assistant ensures that on-site activities are carried out correctly according to approved project designs and procedures, in line with the planned schedule. The Construction Assistant’s mission is to ensure that on-site activities are carried out correctly according to approved project designs and procedures, in line with the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Monitor projects and design revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verifications (FV's); * Actively participate in company quality, safety, and other programs; * Ensure third-party services delivered on site meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements; * Assist management in supervising construction execution; * Monitor delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project development; * Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
