The Construction Assistant’s mission is to ensure that on-site activities are carried out correctly in accordance with project and procedure reviews, as per the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Place material requisitions for contractors; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Support the preparation of Amendment Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Monitor projects and revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verification Reports (FV's); * Actively participate in company-wide quality, safety, and other programs; * Ensure third-party services meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements on construction sites; * Assist management in supervising construction execution; * Monitor the delivery of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design tools; * Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings.
