The candidate we are selecting will serve as the bridge between the business, the technical team, and the operations team. They will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and subsequently gathering technical requirements to execute these demands within client projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * This professional will manage project demands related to system implementation and digital marketing. * Their daily activities will involve mediating between the client, internal teams, and support areas, ensuring that everyone works and produces toward the objective established by management—so that the result is the client’s maximum utilization of the Digital Marketing tool and, naturally, the successful delivery of projects.  * The professional must possess an analytical and logical profile to support the development of Digital Marketing solutions and the identification of problems and their root causes, designing pathways aimed at achieving solutions with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within the digital marketing field, applying agile methodologies—for example, Scrum or Kanban; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools; * Advanced Spanish language proficiency (especially pronunciation and writing) is mandatory; * English language knowledge is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Excellent communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships; * Proactivity, organization, and autonomy; * Logical mindset for gathering and analyzing technical requirements aligned with business requirements; * Flexibility to work with clients from diverse sectors; * Ability to map all deliverables in response to client requests, supported by the strategic team; * Holistic perspective; * Commitment and dedication focused on quality and timely delivery of work; * Aptitude and motivation for continuous learning;  **Differentiators:** * Experience in CRM and/or Digital Marketing; * Knowledge of programming logic and SQL Server databases. **Additional Information** **We are building a talent pool for future opportunities!** If you identify with our profile, we’d love to meet you.
