If you love technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow within a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Gather requirements and support system analysis together with users; * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems (corrective, preventive, and evolutionary); * Participate in data modeling and solution architecture; * Perform tests and validations in simulated environments; * Fix defects and implement continuous improvements to systems; * Provide technical support and training to users when necessary; * Collaborate with project teams, adhering to schedules; * Contribute to improvements, new technologies, and development best practices; * Ensure code quality, application performance, and security; * Comply with LGPD guidelines and data protection best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (in progress or completed – minimum 50%); * Minimum 2 years of experience in system development; * Knowledge of PHP; * Basic understanding of databases and programming logic; * Familiarity with version control (Git); * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Technical Knowledge (Desirable):** * Object-oriented programming and service-oriented architecture; * Agile methodologies; * Continuous integration; * Databases: SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL; * Web development: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; * PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, Zend or similar); * JS frameworks and libraries (jQuery and others); * Knowledge of Python (Django, Flask) is a plus; * Experience with CMS (WordPress, Joomla); * Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments; * GIS knowledge will be considered a plus. **What We Expect From You:** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Organization and commitment to deliverables; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Interest in continuous improvement.
