Job Summary: The Consigaz Group is seeking an apprentice to support logistics operations, including scheduling and tracking deliveries, customer service, and driver support. Key Highlights: 1. We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Support delivery scheduling to customers to ensure timely and accurate execution; Perform follow-up on deliveries to ensure route adherence and analyze discrepancies, correcting them as needed; Address internal and external customer needs and requests; Support responses to customer inquiries—including via CRM—to ensure appropriate and timely service, escalating to the immediate supervisor when lacking required information; Receive helpers/drivers upon return from routes, verifying deliveries, quantities, mileage, signatures, re-scheduling requirements, initial vs. final weight, etc.; Ensure PDAs are charged and ready for drivers/helpers’ departure the following morning; And other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, as required by departmental needs. **Requirements:** Completed or currently pursuing high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information:** * Workload: 6 hours + 15-minute break. ### **Employment Type:** Apprentice ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Critical Thinking, Communication, Focus, Organization, Interpersonal Relationships ### **Benefits:** Gas Voucher, Transportation Voucher, On-site Cafeteria, Wellhub (formerly Gympass) ### **Department:** Logistics, Distribution & Administration
