Perform sanitation of food, utensils, and surfaces. Organize supplies and ingredients prior to preparation. Support basic plating and portioning. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
