Job Summary: WEG's 2026-2 Internship Program challenges students to apply their knowledge within a major company, participating in challenging projects and contributing new technological solutions. Personal and professional development Challenging students to put their acquired knowledge into practice, experiencing the reality of a large corporation and consolidating their academic training — this is the objective of the **WEG 2026\-2 Internship Program!** The program may be conducted either on a full-time basis (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week) or part-time (6 hours per day / 30 hours per week), and must be classified by the educational institution as either mandatory or non-mandatory internship. The educational institution defines the type of internship and the weekly workload the student may undertake. **Responsibilities and Duties** Through this internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in challenging projects and assume significant responsibilities, gaining experience in a multicultural environment involving technological innovation, continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and many other areas. In addition to learning from experienced professionals, you will already be able to contribute new technological solutions and seek ways to improve the efficiency of our processes and products. As a WEG intern, you will have the opportunity to grow through innovative and technological projects that are transforming the world. **Requirements and Qualifications** Availability for an **IN-PERSON** internship, with relocation to Itajaí/SC required. Currently completing an undergraduate degree in **Engineering** (Priority given to candidates in the final phase of their studies, with no remaining in-person or synchronous online courses). Most sought-after fields of study: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or Mechanical Production Engineering.
