The mission of the Construction Analyst II is to ensure that on-site activities are executed in accordance with the correct project reviews, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and duties** * Release labor and material requisitions in the SAP system; * Monitor purchase order implementation and contract signing; * Perform contractor measurements in SAP; * Record production data in SAP; * Submit material requisitions for contractors; * Prepare Addendum Requests; * Monitor the arrival of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Track projects and revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verification Reports (FV's); * Actively participate in the company’s quality, safety, and other programs; * Monitor construction costs according to the pre-established budget (avoiding waste); * Ensure third-party services are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety requirements on site; * Monitor the arrival of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule; * Prepare reports documenting completed work, inspections performed, and changes made relative to approved projects; * Support management in supervising on-site construction execution. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Relevant professional experience; * NR 35 and NR 18 certifications; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design; * Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
