JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities related to separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking various types of meats, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying doubts, in accordance with rules, good practice manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as provide personalized customer service at the counter, if necessary advising on types of products and derivatives, preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering to the customer; Assist in the separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practice manuals, hygiene, safety regulations, standards, and goals, as well as storing leftovers, fats, and tallow in collection boxes for sale to bone processing factories; Support prompt customer service by continuously replenishing product display counters and ensuring correct pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce breakage and deviation rates through frequent inventory checks and proper handling and storage of meat; Promote increased department sales through attractive and differentiated product displays and customer engagement; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and cooling chambers, as well as ensuring the area remains clean and in perfect working condition, following hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support product counting for stock assessments, controls, and inventories; Monitor the appearance and expiration dates of displayed products, performing daily checks, and removing products with damaged, expired, or unidentifiable packaging; Assist in preparing seasonings and meat marinades when necessary; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness of equipment and utensils by following daily sanitation procedures, as well as requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Education:** Completed elementary school Up-to-date health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Av Nereu Ramos, 473, Centro neighborhood, Penha/SC **Working Hours:** From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Discount Program Store Purchase Discounts Life Insurance Performance Bonuses * Position available for People with Disabilities (PCD)
