YOUR PROFILE: * High school diploma or technical qualification in Gastronomy. * Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards. * Knowledge of hot kitchen techniques. * Familiarity with international cuisines is a plus. * Experience in the role, including in pastry shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, cafés, markets, and other similar establishments. * Experience in the hospitality sector or in large-scale production facilities is a plus. * Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, mentorship capability for colleagues, resource management skills, high sense of responsibility and urgency, effective communication, organization, rigor, resilience, and creativity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare all menu items, whether buffet or à la carte. * Maintain and care for departmental equipment. * Guide and train kitchen assistants and helpers. * Plan production according to orders. * Request supplies required for production from relevant personnel. * Occasionally create exclusive recipes for special events.
