Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Development Analyst to work on the development and maintenance of modern solutions, with an emphasis on quality, security, and performance, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the product’s continuous evolution. Focusing on maintainability, quality, and performance of solutions Remote, SP Mid-Level About the Role: We are looking for a Mid-Level Development Analyst to develop and maintain modern solutions focused on quality, security, and performance. This person will join multidisciplinary teams, actively contribute to the product’s continuous evolution, support technical decisions, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and maintain web applications following software engineering best practices ✔ Collaborate with design, product, and technology teams throughout the development lifecycle ✔ Implement and integrate RESTful APIs ✔ Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban) ✔ Conduct code reviews and develop automated tests ✔ Support incident investigation and resolution ✔ Suggest technical improvements and architectural enhancements ✔ Develop solutions focusing on maintainability, quality, and performance Requirements: ✔ Experience with Java 17\+ and Spring Framework ✔ Experience developing REST microservices ✔ Solid knowledge of Git ✔ Experience with relational databases and familiarity with non-relational databases ✔ Experience working in agile environments using Scrum or Kanban ✔ Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS ✔ Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes ✔ Writing and maintaining unit tests (JUnit, Mockito) ✔ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines ✔ Understanding of observability (logs, metrics, monitoring) Nice-to-Haves: ➕ Experience with distributed architectures and high-availability systems ➕ Knowledge of application security best practices ➕ Experience with observability tools (APM, tracing, dashboards) ➕ Prior experience in large-scale environments Work Model: To be determined (remote, hybrid, or on-site, depending on project needs).
