




**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Maintenance** team, responsible for planning maintenance activities. Under your responsibility is the scheduling of machine and equipment shutdowns at Smurfit Westrock’s Araçatuba facility. Ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in maintenance planning by leveraging planning tools—collecting necessary information from the Maintenance Coordinator, internal customers, and other stakeholders to develop Maintenance Programs using SAP PM software. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Implement and monitor inspection and preventive maintenance plans for assets at corrugated cardboard packaging plants, using SAP’s MP module; * Organize and manage the MP module database, ensuring content accuracy for statistical control of the maintenance process; * Periodically collect data to obtain maintenance process indicator results and disseminate them to managers; * Coordinate with maintenance technicians to preserve maintenance process records and documents, ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements and legal, corporate, or customer requirements; * Implement changes to inspection and maintenance plans as directed by your immediate supervisor; * Promote and enhance, together with the maintenance team, inspection techniques such as vibration analysis, temperature measurement, oil analysis, noise monitoring, etc.; * Physically create coding systems for identifying operational locations and installed equipment at the industrial plant, aiming to streamline communication and identification; * Register materials in Westrock’s database, liaising with suppliers; * Ensure adherence to programs related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality, and actively promote and encourage your team/colleagues to support these initiatives; personally assume responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues, and be recognized for your active involvement—understanding that your participation is essential.
