It will be a differentiator if you: * Have experience with Marketplace platforms; * Have experience in controller functions. In general: * The professional will perform analysis and reconciliation of receivables and payments from sales made through the Marketplace channel, monitor delinquency, losses, and recoveries with Marketplace, open and track tickets with partners, and work on continuous process improvement to minimize business risks. All these activities are performed focusing on increasing Marketplace performance and results. Your day-to-day responsibilities here will include: * Reconcile partner payouts and commissions and release clearance to finance; * Perform calculation of Marketplace Contribution Margin and Central Ar; * Analyze Marketplace delinquency, prepare documents, and release for clearance in finance; * File documents in O&D; * Monitor the recovery process for unjustified returns with partners and internally with the customer service department; * Prepare documentation for internal credit recognition of recoveries from unjustified returns and collections; * Classify and control losses related to Marketplace; * Monitor ticket opening within platforms for analysis of submitted debits; * Track payment of orders previously identified as delinquent; * Perform monthly provisioning. 2510190202501821382
