Carry out seed treatment in the field according to technical guidelines and established quality standards. * **Calibrate Machinery:** Accurately calibrate seed treatment equipment. Ensure machines are correctly adjusted to guarantee proper application of products. * **Complete Seed Treatment Reports:** Accurately and thoroughly record all seed treatment-related activities. Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with company internal procedures. * **Monitor Machinery Operation:** Monitor machine performance during the treatment process. Identify and report any irregularities or technical issues for appropriate maintenance. * **Conduct Operational Training:** Deliver hands-on training to operators of seed treatment machinery. Guide employees on correct operational and safety procedures. * **Ensure Quality, Safety, and Reliability of Processes:** Strictly adhere to company-established quality and safety standards. Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of treated seeds. * **Represent Momesso to Customers:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the seed treatment process.
