We are seeking a Systems Analyst with a focus on WMS to act as the bridge between logistics operations and the technology area, ensuring the WMS system efficiently supports business processes, promotes continuous improvements, operational stability, and systemic evolution aligned with company needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements for the technology team or vendors. * Act as a facilitator among users, IT, and partners, ensuring shared understanding of demands and solutions. * Map, review, and propose improvements to logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, shipping, inventory, and returns). * Configure and validate WMS functionalities according to business rules. * Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validations with operational areas. * Oversee implementations, ensuring system compliance and minimal operational impact. * Support incident analysis, identifying root causes and proposing structural improvements. * Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user support materials. * Act consultatively, suggesting industry best practices and efficient system usage. * Monitor operational and system KPIs, proposing adjustments to increase productivity and accuracy. * Support training and knowledge dissemination for operational teams. **Requirements** * Experience with market WMS systems (implementation, maintenance, or enhancement). * Experience in logistics environments and distribution centers. * Solid understanding of logistics processes and their systemic interdependencies. * Experience in developing functional requirements, testing, and UAT. * Ability to act as an interface between technical and operational areas. * Knowledge of integrations with ERP, TMS, e-commerce platforms, or logistics automation. * Analytical profile with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement. **What We Offer:** * Life Insurance; * Flexible Benefits (Meal/Allowance); * Health Insurance; * Dental Plan (optional); * SESC Membership; * Employee discount on company products; * TotalPass; * Corporate University; * Pharmacy Partnership.
