We are looking for a Franchise Manager. **If you are proactive, solution-oriented, communicative, and autonomous in organizing and executing tasks, this opportunity is for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** In general: * Responsible for leading the CENTRALAR.COM franchise network expansion, ensuring structured, sustainable growth aligned with brand standards, as well as safeguarding operational quality across existing units. Focuses on identifying opportunities, selecting franchisees, opening new units, and accelerating network growth—ensuring expansion occurs consistently, profitably, and while preserving customer experience. Additionally, ensures maintenance of network operational standards by correcting deviations and continuously improving units. Your daily routine will include: * Leading the strategy and execution of franchise network expansion, ensuring sustainable growth aligned with company objectives; * Identifying new regions, markets, and growth opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and commercial site mapping; * Managing the process of prospecting, selecting, negotiating, and approving new franchisees; * Ensuring implementation and opening of new units within schedule, operational standards, and economic viability; * Monitoring the ramp\-up of new franchises, supporting operational stabilization and unit development; * Monitoring and ensuring maintenance of operational standards and customer experience across the entire network; * Tracking expansion, performance, and compliance indicators across franchises, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements; * Participating in strategic meetings with franchisees to strengthen relationships and alignment between franchisor and network; * Supporting training and development of units, promoting operational advancement and best practices; * Acting as the liaison between franchisor and franchisees, escalating strategic risks, opportunities, and demands to senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you: * Hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Economics. * Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Have experience/skills in franchise implementation and expansion processes. **Additional Information** Work Location: Araçatuba/SP.
