Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and verifying daily activities, guiding staff and interns, ensuring execution quality, safeguarding site safety, and supporting construction project management. Construction site safety support and site management Conduct daily supervision and verification of all activities in accordance with standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery; guide and supervise staff on correct activity execution methods as well as standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and assigned tasks; support the safety department through awareness training on PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and assist in safety inspections; support the site manager by performing measurements, material requisitions, and supplier evaluations. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct daily supervision and verification of all activities in accordance with standards and projects registered in Autodoc to ensure high-quality delivery. * Guide all staff on correct activity execution methods as well as standard procedures per ETS, ITS, FVS; orient new interns by conveying daily routines and assigned tasks. * Ensure product quality by monitoring execution, disseminating information, and conducting ongoing training. * Use all PPE and assist in safety inspections to prevent accidents on site. * Assist in organizing the construction site, including waste disposal, to avoid waste. * Support the safety department through awareness training on PPE and CPE, and assist in safety inspections. * Support the site manager through measurements, material procurement, scheduling, and supplier evaluations.
