This role plays a critical part in **transforming raw data from diverse sources into actionable insights**, through **interactive dashboards, structured reports, and robust data models**. The ideal candidate possesses a **strong analytical mindset** and a **passion for storytelling with data**, directly supporting **strategic decision-making**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **Power BI dashboards and reports** that deliver clear insights and drive business performance. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into **effective BI solutions**. * Build and optimize **data models using Power BI and DAX**, ensuring performance and usability. * Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure) into Power BI. * Ensure **accuracy, consistency, and integrity** of data across all reporting solutions. * Document dashboard requirements, business rules, data sources, and implementation details to ensure **transparency and ease of maintenance**. * Provide **training and support** to business users on Power BI tools and **self-service** capabilities. * Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. * Stay up to date with **Power BI best practices and updates**. ### **Required Qualifications** * Strong **experience** in Power BI development and data visualization. * **Proficiency in English (global team).** * Proficiency in **DAX, Power Query (M)**, and **data modeling techniques**. * Experience with **SQL and relational databases**. * Solid understanding of **data warehousing concepts and ETL processes**. * Excellent **communication and collaboration skills**. * Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. ### **Desired Qualifications** * Experience with **Azure Data Services** (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory). * Experience working in a **large enterprise** or cross-functional team.
