YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring the best customer experience with focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONAL SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor results, control cash, purchases, and optimize labor usage according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train team members on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines.
