YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring optimal customer experience with focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONAL SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance metrics, manage cash handling, procurement, and optimize labor utilization per internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train staff on workstations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines. REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree. * Minimum age of 18 years. * Eagerness to learn, collaborate effectively, and grow with us!
