This role involves developing and implementing student engagement strategies, supporting the mediation team, tracking performance indicators, conducting training sessions, and providing internal departmental support via service tickets. The analyst directly supports the student journey, contributing to onboarding, student support, and retention. They ensure the quality of deliverables from the mediation team, process alignment, and continuous improvement of online academic routines. The role requires interaction with mediators, faculty members, and internal departments, assisting in process execution and inter-team communication. The analyst also supports management in implementing best practices and proposing operational improvements for the online education environment. * Plan and organize the mediation team’s activity schedule for undergraduate online courses. * Develop and implement communication frameworks and student engagement strategies. * Provide support to internal departments through service tickets. * Monitor mediators’ performance indicators and adherence to scheduled activities. * Conduct training and alignment sessions for mediators and faculty members. * Support student onboarding and orientation initiatives, including participation in welcome live sessions. * Provide ongoing support to mediators, clarifying questions regarding academic processes and routines. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of online education processes by suggesting workflow adjustments, best practices, and optimizations. * Perform additional tasks assigned by management, ensuring alignment with academic and institutional objectives. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Management. * Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Power BI, and financial modeling. * Strategic mindset, deep analytical capability, and comfort working with complex data. * Clear communication skills to translate numbers into actionable insights for managers and executives. * Senior-level autonomy and decision-making ability.
