Works under direct supervision, following established procedures to ensure quality and precision of produced parts while developing technical skills in machine handling and adjustment. * Assist in operating metal forming machines, adjusting basic parameters according to given instructions. * Monitor machine operation during production to ensure parts comply with technical specifications. * Prepare machines by installing dies, tools, and fixtures required for production. * Inspect quality of produced parts using measuring and control instruments such as calipers and micrometers. * Assist in basic preventive maintenance of machines, keeping them clean and in good working condition. * Identify and report any deviations or failures in the production process to the immediate supervisor. * Follow workplace safety regulations, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining an organized work area.
