Maranhão Motos is a Honda Two-Wheel dealership, a market reference in motorcycles, offering high-quality products and services. We are looking for a **Mechanic** to join our team. The professional will be responsible for prospecting and selling products to customers in the region, using social media and other communication strategies, with a focus on the Sales department. They will monitor related activities, ensuring high-quality service aligned with the target audience’s needs. – Fully embody and promote Maranhão Motos’ culture (Business, Mission, Vision, and Values); – Responsible for performing technical inspections on motorcycles to identify defects reported by customers, assessing the condition of essential components (brakes, transmission kit, oil and coolant levels, suspension, tires), and preparing preliminary estimates for parts and labor required for necessary repairs. – Follow the checklist sequence; – Pay attention to issues reported and noted on the checklist; – Conduct tests to assist in problem detection; – Evaluate and diagnose the problem or maintenance needs; – Estimate repair time and inform the service supervisor; – Forecast parts to be used; – Perform final tests on the motorcycle after all repairs are completed to avoid issues upon delivery, DAILY; – Strive for complete customer satisfaction for those seeking quality services backed by the guarantee only a workshop with specialized technicians can provide, MONTHLY; – Provide customer service, estimates, maintenance, repairs, part replacements, accessory installations, and warranty diagnostics using specific equipment;
