Store Operator/Sales We are seeking a Store Operator passionate about customer service, with contagious energy and a desire to make a difference. Schedule: Rotating 6x1 shift — 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM What We Expect From You: * Customer Service: Delight our customers—especially children—with excellent service, helping them choose the perfect toys for every occasion; * Product Organization and Display: Handle receiving, pricing, organizing, and restocking merchandise, ensuring toys are always prominently displayed and ready to be selected and taken home by our young customers; * Interaction and Communication: Be an outstanding communicator, capable of answering questions and providing product information while creating a welcoming and fun environment; * Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management and toy restocking, keeping the store consistently well-stocked and diverse; * Goals: Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets; Requirements: * Enjoy working with the public, especially children; * Be proactive, friendly, and dynamic; * Have strong communication skills and ease working in a team; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Must be over 18 years old; Amazing Benefits for You: BRL 2,013.00 + Bonus for Target Achievement * Transportation Benefit (VT); * Birthday Day Off; * Flexible Benefits Card — Attendance Bonus: BRL 450.00 per quarter, provided no absences occur; * Dental Plan; * Supercool Discount — 10% discount at all stores within our network; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
