Job Summary: Technical and operational support to ensure proper functioning of equipment, systems, and applications, optimizing efficiency and continuity of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Provide support to sales and commercial teams with essential applications. 2. Configure and maintain various IT equipment. 3. Support the implementation of new technologies and database management. **Job Mission** Provide technical and operational support to employees, focusing on ensuring proper functioning of equipment, systems, and applications used in daily company operations, thereby contributing to process efficiency and operational continuity. **Responsibilities** * Support sales representatives and the commercial team by resolving issues and answering questions related to applications such as iON Vendas, Microsoft, and other operation-critical tools; * Configure devices including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers for both new and existing employees; * Perform maintenance and adjustments on devices and machines to ensure optimal functionality of internal and external IT resources; * Execute the full registration and activation process for new employees in internal systems; * Manage movement of commercial representatives' database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; * Support implementation of new features and technologies, contributing to initial testing and configuration; * Perform database queries, corrections, and adjustments via SQL, as required by the company and under supervision; * Document executed processes and maintenance activities, maintaining organized records of completed requests; Requirements * Experience in end-user support; * Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365; * Familiarity with the Winthor system is considered a plus; Work Model: 100% on-site work in the northern zone of Porto Alegre.
