Supervise the activities of the Development Department, addressing internal requests from other departments and striving to meet both internal and client needs. Monitor, together with the Development Department, the progress of assigned tasks. Receive, categorize, and track incoming requests from various departments, individually evaluating each request and assigning them to the development team. Manage and test certain internal requests when requested by a developer. Supervise development solutions to ensure compliance with established requirements for each task in terms of quality, security, and delivery deadlines. Participate in client meetings and internal meetings for alignment, monitoring, and adjustments to ongoing and newly initiated projects, as well as to present the Development Department's results. Review the backlog of pending requests to reassess stalled items and prevent volume growth without action. Generate and analyze monthly reports on developers' performance and efficiency.
